self ownership

Ends and means

BBC- The man accepted this at first, but then came back and said: "Where is it written that the cancer has some right to be the cause of death? That the doctor's job is to keep the patient alive until the tumour can cash in its claim?"

   --  Ayn Rand

Debt to others

I came here to say that I do not recognise anyone's right to one minute of my life. Nor to any achievement of mine. No matter who makes the claim, how large their number, or how great their need.

   --  Ayn Rand

"Judgement is given to men that they may use it. Because it may be used erroneously are men to be told not to use it at all?”

   --  Stuart Mill

“If you are free to think and form an opinion you should be free to act on that opinion. Then ask youself should someone be able to act on their opinion?”

   --  Stuart Mill

Arguing against self ownership, is contradictory

A proof of property rights

"We need governments to resolve disputes" -But if someone says that, and is disputing that with you, do they government to step in?

If someone says "self ownership is not valid" . They are exercising their own self control to say that exercising self control is not valid.

If someone says "property is theft", but then they are telling this to you over a phone they are calling from, they are a thief.
