With all these licences, how about a licence for leaving your house who knows what danger you might cause yourself or others if you leave it? Perhaps politicians should need to apply for a licence before they run the country.
What is the criteria for when something is licensed? And should it be consistent?
Note:
Television License is not a licence to own a TV, it is a fee charged by a state broadcaster to anyone who owns a TV.
